Shell remains committed to offer quality products, services

MANILA, Philippines - Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. has remained committed to offering quality products and services to its customers despite the difficult times, a company official said.

Shell retail general manager Bong Fadullon said their fuel distribution process has gone back to normal amid the setback of the supply disruption due to the pipeline leak problem.

“Shell has employed various contingency measures to ensure that we fully provide our customers with a safe and reliable supply of fuel, regardless of the higher costs these measures entailed. Now with our fuel distribution in full swing, we want to thank our customers for their continued support and patronage through the difficult times,” Fadullon said.

He said Shell has started welcoming back its millions of customers in more than 500 stations across Luzon by offering its full range of fuel products: Shell Premium Unleaded, Shell Unleaded, Shell Diesoline Ultra and its premium fuels Shell V-Power and Shell V-Power Diesel.

Shell also launched its Get P20 promo wherein customers get P20 worth of products from Shell Select or Shell Shop for every P1,000 purchase of Shell fuels. Customers just need to present the original receipts at any participating Shell Luzon station to get their rewards.

The promo will run from Feb. 15 to March 31. Fleet, bulk and PO customers are also eligible to join the promo.

“At Shell, we don’t just provide our customers quality fuels, but also meaningful, relevant and useful value added services and activities,” Fadullon added.
