Held at the Julie’s Franchise Corp. (JFC) head office in Pasig City and at the Crown Regency Hotel in Cebu, the seminar shared key disciplines that lead to excellent customer service. These disciplines, development for the JFC business model, were cascaded to all Julie’s Bakeshop franchise owners in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The seminar attested to the company‘s high regard for franchising as a growth driver for Julie’s Bakeshop. The brand opened its doors to franchising in 1998 and is now generally considered as the most successful neighborhood bakeshop chain in the country.
