Sitel bags Top Call Center award

MANILA, Philippines - Sitel, a preferred and leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) call center provider, was again named one of the “Top Call Center and Customer Management Vendors” and “Top BPO Vendors” in the prestigious Global Services 100 Survey.

This marks the 5th year that Sitel has topped the category and 6th straight year it is included in the annual global outsourcing industry analysis. “Sitel is once more proud to be recognized as one of the top call center and customer management vendors.

This award affirms our dedication to meet our customer’s individual needs to improve delivery of day-to-day operations, drive technology innovation, and offer business flexibility,” said Bert Quintana, Sitel president and COO.

Released and published by Global Services magazine, the Global Services 100 Survey lists the top performing call centers worldwide. The rankings are based on an analysis of a company’s management excellence, customer service, global reach, and breadth of services offered.

The survey was conducted by experts from Global Services and its consulting firm, Neo Advisory.
