ICTV elects new board

MANILA, Philippines - Information Capital Technology Ventures, Inc. (ICTV) elected a new set of directors during its annual stockholders’ meeting yesterday.

Elected to a term of one year are the following directors: Mel V. Velarde (chairman), Jose Manuel G. Romualdez (vice chairman), Wilfred S. Racadio (president), Jose S. Alejandro, Michael T. Toledo and Francisco D. Lumen as independent directors, Marcelito R. Ordonez, John Philip J. Lesaca, Veronica T. Merk, Maria Lida S. Sarmiento and Angeline L. Macasaet.

Listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange, ICTV provides telecommunications, media and information technology products and services, including research, development, production, management, marketing, and operation of the following: telecommunications value-added service through companies duly licensed to engage in wired and wireless, fixed and mobile communications; software and hardware technology, business process outsourcing, call center and other information technology applications; digital media and other media except mass media.
