Chocolate making seminar set

MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on chocolate making and molding to be held at the Vermont Blooms Unlimited, at 9 Anonas Road Project 3, Quezon City on May 15, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Among the topics to be discussed are sourcing of materials, costing and smart tips on how to start and maintain a chocolate.

Participants will also learn how to package and present the product as well as the use of extenders and garnishings such as peanuts, almonds, raisins, etc.

Also the day long seminar will tackle some bonus courses on how to make peanut butter, jam and jellies and candy making such as coated pulvoron etc.

Each participant will receive a certificate of training after the seminar. Lunch and snacks will be served and all the chocolate raw materials for hands-on will be provided.
