BPO firm to hire 3,000 new agents

MANILA, Philippines - Anthem Solutions Inc., a managed services provider engaged in facilitating the entry and expansion of business process outsourcing (BPO) companies in the country announced that they will be hiring at least 3,000 new agents with the opening of a new 22,000-square meter facility in Pasig.

“With the launch of this new PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) accredited facility accommodating at least 1,600 seats, we are looking forward to helping provide at least another 3,000 jobs to Filipinos,” Garcia said.

The project was made in partnership with one of the country’s leading real estate developers, Ortigas and Company Limited Partnership (OCLP).

“OCLP’s leadership, management, and working teams work hard to understand and deliver the requirements of our BPO and call center clients in the spirit of true partnership,” Garcia said.

It is the newest addition to Anthem’s roster of PEZA-certified facilities in Metro Manila and around the Philippines, which include One World Square in McKinley Hill andFort Legend in Global City, Fort Bonifacio, and Amigo Mall in Iloilo.

This is not the first time Anthem has partnered with OCLP, as Anthem setup facilities at the Ortigas Building in Ortigas Center and VMall of Greenhills Shopping Center in San Juan City.

Aside from facilitating entry and expansion of BPO investments, Anthem also offers managed facilities and managed technology services to conveniently and cost-efficiently manage the non-core processes of its clients.
