BCDA chief to speak in India meet

MANILA, Philippines - The Wolfensohn Center for Development of the Brookings Institute has invited Bases Conversion Development Authority Chairman Aloysius R. Santos as a resource and expert speaker in an international conference to be held in India, on Sept. 14-16, 2009. The theme of the conference is, ‘Unlocking Urban Land values for Infrastructure Finance.’

The Brookings Institute is a non-profit, non-partisan public policy organization based in Washington, D.C. and is considered one of Washington’s oldest think-tanks for economic and social development.
