LBC offers 3 ways to send remittances
MANILA, Philippines - LBC, the country’s pioneer in money remittance, now offers three ways to send money to anywhere in the country.
LBC Instant Pera Padala allows the recipient to get cash instantly at any of the more than 780 LBC branches nationwide. The process is simple and convenient. Just go to any LBC branch and you can finish your transaction in five minutes or less.
LBC Instant Pera Padala offers the lowest rate ever of a P15 fee. At LBC, sending P500 costs P39 and P180 for a P3,000 remittance.
LBC also offers PesoPak-Door-to-Door delivery. For as low as P90, have the remittance delivered right at the recipient’s door step within 24 hours. Your loved ones do not have to leave their home or office to get their cash. For a 48-hour delivery, the fee is P70 for a P500 and below remittance.
The latest and newest way is through LBC Remittance Card or REM Card. It is an ATM card that allows the withdrawal of remittance through LBC Bank and any Megalink or Bancnet outlet.
The sender only needs to go to any LBC branch to fill up a form, pay a one-time P50 application fee, key in a PIN and LBC will send the card to the recipient for free within 24 hours.
A remittance of P500 upon application entitles one to a free REM Card. The sender should inform the recipient of the PIN number.
The REM Card allows partial or full withdrawal of the remitted amount. No bank account and maintaining balance are required. There are no ATM withdrawal charges. The recipient gets the cash within minutes.
