MANILA, Philippines - The Philippines’ grandest expo for the burgeoning industry of salons, spas and health care, aptly named Health, Beauty, Fitness & Lifestyle Asia 2009 (HBFL Asia 2009), will stage its fourth run on Aug. 14 to 16 at the World Trade Center.
