MANILA, Philippines - The Philippines’ grandest expo for the burgeoning industry of salons, spas and health care dubbed the Health, Beauty, Fitness and Lifestyle Asia 2009 (HBFL Asia 2009) will hold its 4th run on Aug. 14 to 16 at the World Trade Center.
