MANILA, Philippines - Integreon, an Ayala-owned global leader of Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), has received the 2009 Frost & Sullivan Award for “Excellence in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO).” The award recognizes Integreon for its full range of KPO services, which consists of Research KPO, Legal KPO, Document KPO, and Business Services. Frost & Sullivan, a US-based leading analyst firm, cited Integreon’s “strong reputation as a trusted specialists in the global KPO industry, with proven proficiency to deliver a wide range of complex knowledge-based services to corporations, financial institutions and law firms.” Ashwin Iyer, Frost & Sullivan research analyst, notes that “Integreon has carved a unique place for itself as ‘the trusted, global KPO brand’ in the knowledge outsourcing market, distinct from non-specialized, volume-based participants, on the one hand, and small-portfolio niche specialists on the other,” CEO Liam Brown said. “We are delighted Frost & Sullivan recognized us for this award.” The formal award ceremony and presentation takes place on Sept. 14 at Frost & Sullivan’s Growth Excellence Awards Banquet in Scottsdale, Arizona.
