Review for realty broker's exam

MANILA, Philippines - URBAN Institute of Real Estate announced the schedule of comprehensive real estate seminars and reviews in Makati and Quezon City. The Saturday afternoon section will be held July 11, 18 and 25 from 1:30-7 p.m., with special review on Sept 5 at Max’s Restaurant, near the exit of Glorietta 2, Makati City.

The Monday afternoon section will be on July 6, 13, 20 and 27 with special review on Sept 7, at the same time and venue. The Thursday afternoon Section will be held at Max’s Restaurant in Gateway Mall, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City on July 9, 16, 23 and 30 with special review on Sept. 10 with the same time slot, 1:30 to 7 p.m.

In response to many requests, a Saturday section in Quezon City is now included which will be on Aug. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 with special review on Sept. 12 and will be held at Max’s Restaurant in Gateway Mall, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City with a different time slot of 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Engineer. Enrico Cruz, 1st and 8th placer in the real estate appraisers and brokers board examination respectively, and son lawyer Rex Enrico V. Cruz III, the same team that produced 11 topnotchers and the highest 86 passing percentage in the May 2007 and October 2008 broker’s licensure exams are again lined up to lecture on the subjects officially prescribed by the Department of Trade and Industry.
