MANILA, Philippines - Property giant Ayala Land Inc.’s wholly-owned unit Alveo Land is hoping to carve a niche in the boutique residential market with Ametta Place, its first foray in Pasig City is estimated to cost around P1 billion.
In a press briefing yesterday, ALI president Antonino T. Aquino said management is upbeat on the prospects of Ametta Place, a low-density residential townhouse development that will rise on a six-hectare property along Mercedes Avenue in Pasig City, offering a unique, modern, yet warm and upscale concept in residential living.
Alveo Land president Dante Abando said Ametta Place, the company’s first project for the year, combines cozy and intimate living spaces and customized amenities and features in a quiet but convenient location.
Ametta Place will offer a total of 280 two-storey and three-storey three bedroom units with floor areas of 127, 162 and 183 square meters. The units will sell from P7 million to P9 million each, and are slated for turnover by 2012.
Nerissa Josef, vice-president for project development of Alveo Land, said 1.4 hectares are devoted to open, green spaces and amenities that will encourage family bonding and community interaction.
The project will feature a modern clubhouse with two spacious multi-purpose function rooms and game room, an outdoor basketball court, adult lap pool and lounge pool, kiddie pool, three kiddie playgrounds and tree house, biking and jogging trail and gazebos.
Ametta Place is the group’s first project in Pasig City, strategically located near the Makati, Ortigas and Fort Bonifacio commercial and business districts.
Alveo Land targets upwardly mobile professionals and urban achievers with its centrally-located subdivision and condominium offerings that bring vibrant and upscale living to its active and cosmopolitan clientele.
Among its other projects include Two Serendra and The Columns in Ayala Ave., Senta (located in Legazpi Village, Celadon Residences, a 4.2-hectare masterplanned townhouse located at the former site of the San Lazaro Hippodrome in Manila; Marquee Place in Pampanga; Treveia in Nuvali in Calamba, Laguna; and Verdana Homes Mamplasan in Biñan, Laguna.
