Mandara Waterfront proj on track, says developer

-

Landmark Communities Inc., (LCI), said construction of Mandara Waterfront Residences, in Parañaque City is going on as scheduled despite anticipated 35 percent increase on construction costs.

“The construction of Mandara that started last September is in full blast. In fact our contractor Ley Construction & Development Corp. (LCDC) has already completed 12 percent and is now constructing Amara 2 and Amara 3 Phase 2. Customers can be assured that their units will be turned over on its completion date mark on December 2009,” LCI project director Russel Lim said.

Mandara Waterfront Residences, the first residential waterfront development in Metro Manila, is 20 meters away from the sea with a panoramic view of the coastal area and the Manila skyline. It is nestled on a 1.4 hectare waterfront property in Asiaworld City, Brgy. Don Galo, Parañaque City.

This one of a kind jewel is made exclusively for the privileged few, with only 216 units spread over ten 3-4 storey walk-up type structures and two 12-storey buildings. It boasts of its spectacular location with the great view of the famous Manila Bay Sunset and its accessibility to major destinations such as the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Makati and Manila CBD’s and establishments such as the SM Mall of Asia, Bagong Nayong Pilipino-Integrated City Project, hotels, churches, restaurants, schools and more.

Over the last few weeks, consumers have been scared that their property investments may turn into a loss or liability, considering that the developers may not have the sufficient resources to complete their projects as a result of the global meltdown.

Well, for some good reasons, that is not the case with LCI. According to its project director, they are prepared, professionally and logistically.

“The strength of LCI is also in our contractor who is committed to mobilize the construction of our project. And with LCDC on our side, we are assured that it has the required manpower and equipment to undertake Mandara’s construction,” Lim noted.
