Eton to launch Laguna township project

Ignacio said the first of several phases to be undertaken will involve the development of the Lakevillage, in which the company has set aside 150 hectares. Ten lots per island will be sold at P10,000 per square meter.
He said there will be four to five islands with 10 residential lots. The island lots will be turned over to buyers in the first half of 2009.
The company will break ground on the lake this Dec. 8.
Ignacio said the group has hired a renowned Shanghai-based firm to do the masterplan for Eton Mega City.
“Sta. Rosa, Laguna will be the next growth area. We’re very fortunate that we have the best location,” Ignacio said.
Sta. Rosa Laguna is being groomed as the new Makati of the South.
Ignacio said the company has already started pre-selling One Archers Place, a 31-storey residential building. Units cost between P1.3 million and P2.4 million and are ready for turnover in May 2010.
EPPI has likewise started work on Belton Square, a mixed-use project in a one hectare-property located in Malugay St.,Makati. The project will entail the development of three residential condominium buildings, one building catering to business process outsourcing companies and a businessman’s hotel.
