We also learned that when she was still working on her doctorate two years ago, this doctor invited representatives from the Marina, PPA, and other government agencies for a dissertation presentation. She reportedly used data, which was five or six years old, and applied them to then situation. Naturally, she was grilled beyond recognition by her invited panel of reactors. However, she still managed to get her doctorate degree despite that flap. Now, she has formed an alliance with the only person who took her thesis seriously, the Maritime Merlin.
