Intel Phils names new general manager

Intel Technology Philippines Inc. (ITPI), the Philippine subsidiary of Intel Corp., the worlds largest chipmaker, recently announced the appointment of Peter Iredale as the sites new general manager.
Iredale replaces Robin Martin who is now taking on the role of general manager of Intels plant in Chengdu, China.
Before coming to the Philippines, Iredale was finance director at the Intel site in Ireland. He brings to the Philippines a wealth of experience having held a variety of management positions in materials, logistics and finance as well as being plant manager of ESSM, the Intel quality award winning Systems Manufacturing plant.
Previous to joining Intel, Iredale worked in support and operating management positions with a number of American multinational companies in Ireland.
Iredale is a British citizen. He has a Masters degree in Management Science from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland and is a qualified accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
