UWA now accepting April term applicants

The University of Western Australia is now accepting applicants for the April Term of its Master of Business Administration program. The university, a member of Australia’s ‘Group of Eight,’ leading research-intensive universities, welcomes students to an innovative 18-month, classroom-based MBA. Nine of 12 senior professors are flown into Manila to facilitate classes in this 12-module degree program.

Dr. Julie Lee, marketing professor, will host an informative talk on the UWA-Manila MBA program. The orientation will walk participants through the thrusts of the MBA, in the areas of leadership, strategy, and entrepreneurship. The event will be held, free of charge, on Feb. 14, 11:30 a.m. — 1:30 p.m., at the 26/F IIAP, Ayala Life – FGU Center, 6811 Ayala Ave., Makati City.

Dr. Lee graduated with a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 1996. She has held several academic positions, most recently as Associate Professor at the University of Hawaii, and as Assistant Professor at the University of Miami.
