Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), one of the countrys biggest and most dynamic real estate companies, recently appointed Recio + Casas Architects to design a number of its residential condominium developments.
Headed by its principal architects Bong Recio and Carmelo T. Casas, Recio + Casas Architects (RCA) is a reputable architectural firm whose designs do the urban landscapes of most major Southeast Asian countries. Locally, they are the experts behind the design of triple A residential projects like the Pacific Plaza along Ayala Avenue and the Pacific Plaza Towers in Fort Bonifacio, among others.
RCAs first design project for RLC is 25-story The Fullerton Place, a major undertaking with a masterplan for four residential towers to be erected on a 13,000-square meter site in the center of the metropolis. It is centrally located along Aurora Boulevard in Cubao, Quezon City and is accessible to both the LRT 2 and MRT lines. Also in close proximity are shopping malls like the Araneta Center and some of the countrys prestigious universities, namely Ateneo, Miriam College and the state-owned University of the Philippines. According to the architect, The Fullerton Place will carry top-notch designs and features at very affordable prices.
The entire Fullerton Place is ideally set back from the main street (Aurora Boulevard) so that the residents may be able to enjoy all the advantage of its central location. "This spatial element will be able to subdue the noise coming from the major streets. There will be a wide entrance road, which runs through the wide tree-lined rotunda, situated in the center of the project. Ample distance will be provided between each building to allow the natural flow of light and ventilation. Residents will definitely be assured of pristine breathing space that is sorely lacking in this concrete jungle we now live in. Also, the convenience of the residents has been taken in to consideration. A portion of the ground floor of each building has been allotted for commercial spaces," said architect Casas.
Attention to simplicity and space are consistently carried out in the design of the units. According to the architect, "The regular unobstructed shape of the studio-type and the one-bedroom units will allow the owners to maximize the potential of their living spaces, where ceilings are freed of unattractive exposed beams."
The Fullerton Place also possesses its own distinct brand of comfort and Luxury, which its residents will enjoy. Its features and amenities include a lap pool, a gym, a kiddie pool and playground. There are also special garden units, available on a limited basis, on this level where lucky unit owners are treated to their own landscaped garden.
Interested parties can call up the offices of RLC-High Rise Buildings Division at 636-0888 or 633-0197, or email queries to [email protected].
