SGV & Co., Ernst & Young Int’l ink agreement

SyCip Gorres Velayo and Co. (SGV) and Ernst & Young International (E&Y) signed yesterday a definite agreement that makes permanent SGV’s membership to the Ernst & Young network.

SGV chairman and managing partner Cesar V. Purisima and E&Y CEO William L. Kimsey jointly expressed their satisfaction at the conclusion of their agreement.

"The association is a positive move for both firms, and will serve to further strengthen our position in the Philippines as the leading professional services provider. We are confident that this association will present many opportunities to our people and clients," Purisima said.
