Creba launches catalogue for global marketing
May 21, 2002 | 12:00am
In response to globalization, the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association, Inc. (CREBA) has undertaken the publication of the Philippine Property Catalogue, a binder with pull-out pages of duly licensed projects arranged by regions and provinces. These binders will be distributed to all embassies, consulates, Filipino associations and corporations abroad.
Various residential projects, commercial/industrial sites, tourism spots, retirement centers and acquired assets will be featured in the catalogue.
CREBA will also develop a website that will contain information about the projects, including seclection, reservation and payment procedures. A database search engine will be accessible for the international market.
The project catalogue search will allow visitors to see sites according to project name, developer locator (region, province, city/town), and project type (horizontal, vertical, leisure) transaction (sale, lease, rent joint venture and budget). Each project has page that will contain project details, a short write up on the project, two pictures of the project, contact numbers of CREBA, web site and e-mail links.
Advertisers/developers will have the option of being part of marketing presentations, roadshows, meetings and private viewing abroad. The CREBA global website and the Philippine Property Catalogue is a valuable tool for developers to tap the international market especially the patriotic investments of our kababayans abroad.
Interested parties may contact Techie P. Bautista, editor-in-chief of Philippine Property Catalogue, or CREBA secretariat care of Evelyn, tel. nos. 373-2266 to 75.
