HK firm to invest P400M in new country club

Following their P30-million investment in The Yats International Wine Club, the Hong Kong-based Yats Group of Companies is now in the midst of construction of the P400-million Clearwater Country Club, also at Clark Special Economic Zone
With a target April soft opening, Clearwater is a country club built around the concept of a fresh water lake in Clarks main tourism zone.
When completed, Clearwaters main attraction will be a three-hectare man-made lake that will be divided into five main swim places the family cove, right at the doorstep of the living areas, discovey cove, which will boast a 50-meter beachfront-type lakeshore frontage of golden sand, the fun pool play pool, and the exciting, adventurous 8,500 square meter wild lagoon.
There will be sports facilities (tennis, bowling, etc.), a gym, a spa in the middle of the lake, luxury air-conditioned tents complete with bath facilities, family-oriented food and beverage outlets, an amphitheater, banquet and convention facilities, picnic grove which will also be made available for outdoor weddings and more.
The group has started selling club shares on a "by invitation" basis only. The introductory offer is P275,000 per share for the first 200 members versus the regular selling price of P375,000 a share.
