DHL opens six new drop centers

DHL Phils. Corp., the local arm of the world’s leading air express service, has opened six more "one stop" Drop Centers bringing its nationwide network to 108.
This was disclosed by DHL Phils. Corp. president Jose B. Feliciano who said that DHL, "the total transportation solution" giant, remains bullish about the Philippines’ prospects despite apprehensions in some quarters.
"The Philippines is part of the Asia-Pacific region which is the most dynamic and fastest-growing market today and thus the most challenging for DHL," Feliciano observed.
The new DHL Drop Centers are located at Rockwell-Makati, Shoppersville-Katipunan, Tektite Towers-Ortigas Center, Alabang Town Center, SM-Cubao, and SM Southmall.
DHL is committed to providing safe, fast, reliable express delivery services whether shipping important documents, distributing components "just-in-time" to a production line or complex logistical assignments.
"Or easily accessible, conveniently located nationwide Drop Centers fit well into the operating philosophy of aggressive enterprises of the new millennium," Feliciano stressed.
"Our express service is a constant reminder that the world is just around the corner, he added.
DHL Worldwide Express network links more than 85,000 destinations in 228 countries and territories. DHL has a fleet of over 260 aircraft. In Asia-pacific/Middle East, DHL serves 51 countries and territories, operates more than 1,300 stations, employs more than 18,000 personnel and operates about 3,900 transport vehicles.
