Mitsubishi Motors Philippines opened recently its first quick service facilitys in the Philippines through Diamond Satellite Service. Named Mitsubishi Service Plus Express Shop, the service center delivers fast and efficient services and provides convenient facilities to customers.
With the proliferation of convenient stores, fast food restaurants, drive-through services, it's getting clearer that customers today are in the lookout for fast and convenient ways to serve their needs, and reasonably priced products that give value for their money. Along this perspective, Diamond Motor Corp. believes that the automotive service business clientele is no different and would prefer the same kind of services and high quality products.
Located along Don Mariano Marcos Ave. cor. Peseta St., North Fairview, Quezon City, the service center is constructed on a 1,800 sq.m. lot area with a 65 meter frontage. It houses 23 periodic maintenance service workbays that can accommodate up to 50 vehicles in one day. With its facilities, customers could avail of periodic maintenance services for engine, brakes, transmission, electrical, suspension, alignment and balancing, in under four hours.
With the primary goal of providing a strong after sales support to its customers, the service center was conceptualized in full coordination with MMPC's Service and Parts Departments and thus, provides the same tried and proven standard procedures of operations. Labor rate computation and charging is based on MMPC's established flat rate and structured to be industry competitive.
Aside from providing Mitsubishi factory-certified services at affordable rates, the shop also boasts of a parts center which offers Mitsubishi genuine parts of affordable prices.
