Empire East to launch potential bestseller Laguna BelAir III

Housing developer Empire East Land Holdings Inc. is set to introduce another potentially bestselling housing development in booming Sta. Rosa, Laguna: the Laguna BelAir III.

As the name implies, this soon-to-be-launched project is the second expansion phase of Empire East's popular Laguna BelAir township community in that highly progressive CALABARZON town following the success of Laguna BelAir I and II, the first two phases which are now virtually sold out.

Laguna BelAir III will offer over 2,600 house and lots units to new homebuyers within a 63-hectare area. It will feature innovatively designed house models of an architectural style that is distinctly American. New features such as a carport, a porch and an extra toilet and bath respond to the evolving needs of an upwardly mobile family.
