Empire East to launch potential bestseller Laguna BelAir III

Housing developer Empire East Land Holdings Inc. is set to introduce another potentially bestselling housing development in booming Sta. Rosa, Laguna: the Laguna BelAir III.

As the name implies, this soon-to-be-launched project is the second expansion phase of Empire East's popular Laguna BelAir township community in that highly progressive CALABARZON town following the success of Laguna BelAir I and II, the first two phases which are now virtually sold out.

Laguna BelAir III will offer over 2,600 house and lots units to new homebuyers within a 63-hectare area. It will feature innovatively designed house models of an architectural style that is distinctly American. New features such as a carport, a porch and an extra toilet and bath respond to the evolving needs of an upwardly mobile family. Buyers may choose between a bungalow-style or a two-story unit in a lot area which leaves a lot of room for perimeter landscaping.

As a totally new yet integrated development to the Laguna BelAir township concept, Laguna BelAir III will have a new set of amenities to offer residents.

There is a two-hectare area reserved for elaborate landscaping, water features, children's play areas, a multi-purpose pavilion, recreational center and leisure parks. Open spaces will also be set aside for future village shops in several locations highly convenient for homeowners.

As in the first two Laguna BelAir projects, this development will derive a great deal of its charm from its thoughtfully outdoor areas. In addition to the centralized landscaped area, there will be pocket gardens and perimeter plantings all around so that a parklike theme is repeated everywhere.

Houses along the main road will have large setbacks to make for a more scenic streetscape. The main road itself will be lined with trees. Secondary roads will have planting strips, streetlighting and signages.

Traffic safety signs, humps and easy-to-read street names at key intersections highlight the pedestrian- and traffic-friendly character of all the thoroughfares. There will be wide concrete walkways for pedestrians who will be as safe in the streets as they will be inside a vehicle because of the adequate security provisions that comes with Laguna BelAir III's highly walkable surroundings.

Round-the-clock security assures controlled access to the area. Roving guards, a concrete perimeter fence and streetlighting even among the secondary roads make every square meter of space secure.

This idyllic environment is supported by high-performance infrastructure and utilities. Residents can have up to two telephone lines installed in their homes and cable TV service is easily available.
