Richmond Mercurio - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — RLC Residences, the residential arm of Robinsons Land Corp., is teaming up with digital real estate platform Bahaideals.com to make Philippine homeownership more accessible to Filipinos in the United States and Canada.

The partnership, which brings together the residential portfolio of RLC Residences and Bahaideals.com’s digital platform for global Filipinos seeking reliable property opportunities in the Philippines, aims to provide homebuyers with clarity, guidance and confidence to make informed decisions about their future.

Bahaideals.com is a digital real estate platform that helps overseas Filipinos explore property opportunities in the Philippines through verified listings, property guidance and home financing support.

By combining trusted property expertise with digital accessibility, both organizations seek to simplify the process and reduce the uncertainty that often comes with purchasing a home from abroad.

“At RLC Residences, we believe home ownership should bring lasting investment value and peace of mind. Our shared mission with Bahaideals.com is to help more Filipinos abroad make informed and confident decisions as they build a future for themselves and their loved ones,” Teddy Bernas, senior vice president and business unit general manager of RLC Residences, said.

The collaboration supports RLC Residences’ international marketing initiatives by providing Filipino communities in the US and Canada a clearer way to learn about its residential developments.

Further, it allows Bahaideals.com users to discover homes from one of the Philippines leading property developers, with projects designed around location, livability and everyday priorities of modern Filipino families.

Denise Lyttle-Lao, vice president and overall head of sales of RLC Residences, said that while many Filipinos abroad dream of owning a home in the Philippines, distance often makes the process feel complicated and uncertain.

She said overseas buyers are carefully evaluating their options and looking for trusted partners who can help them make confident decisions about their future.

“Through this partnership, we hope to give them greater confidence that homeownership in the Philippines can be achievable, secure and supported every step of the way,” Lyttle-Lao said.
