Juday, naiuwi ang Best Actress Award sa Fantasporto International FilmFest

Tagumpay na uuwi ng Pilipinas si Judy Ann Santos mula sa dinaluhang 45th Fantasporto International Film Festival dahil siya ang itinanghal na Best Actress para sa mahusay niyang pagganap sa pelikulang Espantaho na may English title na Scarecrow.

Ginanap ang naturang international filmfest mula Pebrero 28, 2025 hanggang Marso 8, 2025, sa Batalha Centro De Cinema, Porto, Portugal.

Ibinahagi ng official Instagram ni Juday na @officialjudayph ang video ng winning moment ng aktres kung saan ay inanunsyo nga na siya ang nanalong Best Actress.

“It is heavy,” pabirong sabi ni Juday nang mahawakan niya ang tropeo. “There’s a lot of excess baggage when I get back home,” natatawa pa niyang wika.

“I would like to thank the jury of Fantasporto for the recognition. It is with great pride and honor that I’m here to represent my country which is the Philippines.

“I would also like to share this award with my director Chito Roño, our writer Chris Martinez and my producer, Atty. Joji (Alonso), of course, to Espantaho team,” pahayag ng aktres sa kanyang acceptance speech.

Kasunod nito ay inalay ni Juday ang kanyang award sa asawang si Ryan Agoncillo na kasama rin niyang dumalo at sa kanilang tatlong anak.

“And to my husband and to my three children, they’ve been always my inspiration in every project I make,” sey niya.

“Porto is such a beautiful city. I’m just so happy I would be bringing home the best souvenir,” pagtatapos ni Juday.

Proud ding ipinost ni Ryan ang pagkakapanalo ng kanyang misis. “Happy to be here#fantasporto2025,” bahagi ng kanyang caption.

Nag-post din ng kanyang pagbati si Megastar Sharon Cuneta na very close rin kay Juday.

“Just a few days ago, my sister @officialjuday and I were texting while she was in Barcelona. Now she is in Porto, Portugal - and she just won Best Actress in the 45th Fantasporto Festival there for Espantaho!!!” ani Shawie

Matatandaang si Juday rin ang nagwaging Best Actress sa nakaraang Gabi ng Parangal 2024 ng Metro Manila Film Festival para sa pelikulang Espantaho.

Kris, tinapos agad ang pamamahinga!

Balik-acting na si Kris Bernal matapos ang dalawang taong pamamahinga sa limelight.

Sa kanyang latest Instagram post, sinabi ng aktres na hindi niya rin akalaing tatapusin na niya ang kanyang motherhood break after two years.

“Acting is my first love. And, first love never dies.

I never thought I would return to acting on TV after 2 years+ of motherhood break,” aniya.

Ayon pa kay Kris, medyo nag-alinlangan siyang tanggapin ang offer ng GMA 7 at ilang araw rin niya itong pinag-isipan.

“To be honest, I was halfhearted to accept this because I didn’t know if I could still act, and because I’m still exclusively breastfeeding.

“I thought long and hard about it for a few days before saying yes,” aniya.

As a first-time mom sa baby nila ni Perry Choi na si Hailee Lucca, talagang nakatutok si Kris sa kanilang anak at syempre, sa kanyang mister.

Pero tinanggap na rin daw niya dahil three days taping lang naman.

“Perhaps it’s time for Hailee and I to move forward and try to establish new routines and habits. And, three days of taping wouldn’t hurt so much, huh?!” sey ng celebrity mom.

“For now, episodes are all I can do,” aniya pa.

At bongga ang pagbabalik ni Kris dahil mapapanood siya for three weeks sa three episodes ng Tadhana ng GMA 7.

Matatandang huli pang napanood si Kris sa Artikulo 247 in 2022.

Nabuntis siya noong 2023 at pagkatapos ay nagpahinga na muna sa pag-aartista para mag-focus sa kanyang pregnancy at family life.

Ngayon ay magda-dalawang taon na ang kanilang anak na si Hailee.
