“EO 81 s. 2024 is issued to reorganize and streamline the membership of the NSC. At the moment, the VP is not considered relevant to the responsibilities of membership in the NSC. Nonetheless, when the need arises, the EO reserves to the President the power to add members or advisers,” mensahe ni Bersamin.
Kasama rin ang mga chairman ng Senate Committees on Foreign Relations, National Defense and Security, Peace, Unification and Reconciliation; Public Order and Dangerous Drugs, House Committees on Foreign Affairs, National Defense and Security, at Public Order and Safety.
