Mga kalahok sa 2014 Manila Bay Seasports Festival

MANILA, Philippines - Lalahok ang mga Olympian, Southeast Asian Games medalists, at miyembro ng World Champion Philippine National Dragon Boat Team sa 2014 Manila Bay Summer Seasports Festival na gaganapin sa ika-8 at 9 ng Marso sa Baywalk ng Roxas Boulevard.  Magtatagisan naman ng galing ang mga bangkero mula Batangas, Cavite, La Union, Pangasinan, Bacolod, Iloilo, Bulacan, Navotas, Ilocos Sur, Misamis Oriental,  at lalawigan ng Quezon sa stock at formula races ng taunang bancathon.

Maglalaban sa dragon boat race ang mga koponan ng Philippine Air Force, Crimson Dragons, Amateur Pad­dlers Philippines, Rogue Pilipinas, Philippine Blue Phoenix, 1925 Paddlers Club, Philippine Coast Guard, Triton, Onslaught Racing Dragons, Rowers Club Phi­lippines Sea Dragons, One Piece Drakon Sangress, Manila Ocean Park, PNP Maritime Group Patriots, Philippine Army, NTMA Dragon Boat Team, Adamson University Paddlers,  Maharlika Dragon Boat Racers, at ang Dragons Republic Paddlers Club.  

Hatid ng Manila Broadcasting Company at Lungsod ng Maynila sa pakikipagtulungan ng Philippine Coast Guard, ang 2014 Manila Bay Summer Seasports Festival ay inaasahang dudumugin ng mga manonood.  Inanyayahan din ang ilang piling panauhin upang magtanghal sa awarding ceremony.

Alas-otso ng umaga ang simula ng mga karera sa tubig. Ang 2014 Manila Bay Summer Seasports Festival ay suportado ng Cobra Energy Drink, Caltex, Eveready, Ginebra San Miguel, Silka, Filinvest, Pioneer Epoxy, M. Lhuillier, Columbia International Foods, Manila Ocean Park, Cord Marine Epoxy, at Briggs and Stratton.
