MANILA, Philippines - Nakakuha si Pangulong Noynoy Aquino ng very good satisfaction ratings sa pinaka-huling survey na isinagawa ng Social Weather Stations (SWS) makaraang pumabor ang 7 sa 10 Pilipino hinggil sa mahusay na performance ng chief exe­cutive.

Ang naturang survey  ay ipinalabas kahapon ng SWS sa media partner nitong  BusinessWorld na nagsasaad ng bagong rating ng Pangulong Aquino’ na mas mataas ng 6 percent sa kanyang 64 percent rating noong buwan ng Hunyo.

“This is further evidence that the overwhelming majority of Filipinos who choose to keep open minds are clearly getting the President’s message; and that they are experiencing the positive changes in this country,” ayon naman kay Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda sa media briefing kahapon.

Ang survey ay isinagawa nitong nagdaang  September 4 hanggang  7 na nagbibigay ng 10-point na nakopo ni Pangulong Aquino sa net satisfaction rating na  “very good” +56 percent mula sa good satisfaction rating nito noong Hunyo.

“We express our gratitude to the Filipino people for treading with us the straight and narrow path, believing and acting upon a singular idea: Kung walang corrupt, walang mahirap. We are aware that survey numbers have a tendency to vary from quarter to quarter, and assure the Filipinos that while we welcome these favorable results, we remain focused on our duties to our bosses—to alleviate poverty, to eradicate corruption, and to ultimately raise the quality of life of each Filipino,” giit pa ng tagapagsalita ng Palasyo.

Tanging 14 percent lamang 0-4 percent na mas mababa sa 18 percent na hindi  satisfied sa Pangulo. Mula Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao, nananatiling nakakuha si Pangulong Aquino ng “very good” ratings bunga ng ipinatutupad na  good governance at transpa­rency sa gobyerno.

Una rito, umani din ng papuri si Pangulong Aquino mula kay US Pre­sident Barack Obama dahil sa mahusay na pa­ngangasiwa sa bansa at pagwawalis sa korapsyon sa bansa.

Kabilang sa latest SWS survey ang face-to-face interviews sa may 1,200  matatandang Pilipino sa buong bansa.
