CBCP pipili ng bagong opisyal

MANILA, Philippines - Nakatakda nang magluklok ng mga bagong opisyales ang maimpluwensiyang Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines.

Ayon kay Caloocan Bishop Deogracias Iniguez, siya ring chairman ng CBCP-Episcopal Commission on Public Affairs (ECPA) na magdaraos ang mga Obispo ng halalan sa Hulyo 11 at 12 para maghalal ng bagong pangulo at iba pang opisyales, gayundin ng mga mamumuno sa kanilang administrative council at mga komisyon ng kanilang samahan.

Si Jaro, Iloilo Archbishop Angel Lagdameo ang kasalukuyang pangulo ng CBCP. (Mer Layson)
