SSS visits Bacoor stakeholders

MANILA, Philippines - More than 130 guests from the employer sector attended the Social Security System (SSS) Bacoor branch’s Stakeholders Forum held at Island Cove in Cavite last May. The event gave stakeholders covered by SSS branches in Bacoor, Dasmariñas, Rosario and Carmona the opportunity to directly relay their social security concerns to senior SSS officials and receive the latest updates on the agency’s programs and services. SSS president and chief executive officer Emilio S. de Quiros Jr. led the panel of SSS officials who clarified issues and addressed queries raised by the attendees on topics such as salary loan repayments under the regular program and those covered by penalty condonation, the Loan Restructuring Program which is currently open for delinquent loan borrowers, and the vetoed P2,000 pension increase.
