7th EDDYs Awards: Piolo, Julia ug Charlie nagmadaogon

CEBU, Philippines — Ang bida sa pelikulang “Mallari” nga si  Piolo Pascual maoy napili  nga “Best Actor” sa bag-ohay lang nga 7th EDDYs   Awards  nga gidumala sa Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors  sa niaging gabii.

“Nanginginig pa rin ako. I was not expecting to win, so forgive me for shaking. I share this award to all the nominees— Romnick Sarmenta, you are my best actor,” ni Piolo pa .said.

Nagtabla usab sa award nga “Best Actress” mao sila si  Julia Montes ( Five Breakups and a Romance) ug Charlie Dizon (Third World Romance)

 “Nominado pa lang ang sarap na sa pakiramdam, itong parangal ngayon sobrang nakaka-inspire mas lalo pag butihan,” nagkanayon si Julia.

Si Enchong Dee maoy nakadaog isip  “Best Supporting Actor” alang sa maayo niya nga pagdala isip  Padre Zamora sa pelikulang “GomBurZa,” , samtang ang  “Best Supporting Actress” award kay  nalangkat ni  Gladys Reyes (Apag).

“Sabi ko, bakit ganoon, feeling ko hindi enough ginawa ko na performance to be noticed and recognized but now, I want to say thank you. You reminded me it is not the length but rather how much impact and how much you make your audience feel. I really really appreciate this award. I will never forget this night,” saysay pa ni Enchong.

 Nakalangkat sa award nga “Best  Picture” mao ang  pelikula nila ni Elijah Canlas ug  Romnick Sarmenta nga “About Us But Not About Us”  ug  ang nagmugna niini nga si  Jun Robles Lana maoy  “Best Director.”

Gidalitan  pud og “Movie Icon Award” sila si Leo Martinez, Gina Alajar, Nova Villa, Eva Darren ug  Lito Lapid  .

Sila si Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes, Kathryn Bernardo, Alden Richards, ug Piolo  kay nagsilbing  “Box Office Hero” awardees.

Mananaog sa BB. Pilipinas 2024

Ang pambato sa Abra nga si  Myrna Esguerra maoy nakoronohan isip  Binibining Pilipinas International 2024. Nahitabo niadtong Dominggo sa gabii ang koronasyon sa maong indigay,

Si Esquerra usab ang nakaangkon sa pasidungog nga Best in Swimsuit ug Best in Evening Gown. Napili pud nga  Binibining Globe 2024  ang representante sa Pampanga nga si Jasmin Bungay .

First runner-up si Christal dela Cruz sa  Zambales, ug  second runner-up si Trisha Martinez sa  Pila, Laguna.

Ang mga hurado sa maong indigay kay naglangkob nila ni  Rhea Tan (Beautiderm CEO), Bea Rose Santiago (Ms. International 2013), Fifi Sharma, Pia Wurtzbach (Miss Universe 2015), Gloria Diaz (Miss Universe 1969),Andrea Rubio (Ms. International 2023), Margie Moran (Miss Universe 1973) ug  Conchitina Bernardo .

Nakasulod sa Top 15 niadtong gabhiona  ang pambato sa Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu nga si Phoebe Godinez .

Sandara ug SB19 mag-uban sa entablado

Gikatakdang mag-uban sa entablado ang K-pop superstar  nga si Sandara Park  ug ang P-pop sensation nga  SB19 alang sa umaabot nila nga konsyerto sunod buwan.  Pagahimoon kini sa SM Mall of Asia Arena karong Agosto 4.  Mo-perform pud sa maong konsyerto sila si  Rico Blanco, Ebe Dancel ug  TJ Monterde.

"I also want to take this opportunity to speak up about my recent trip to Cebu, where I went home in the hopes of de-stressing, relaxing, and enjoying my time with family and friends. I got to bond with them, and I was extremely happy to do so," ni Aiah pa.

"However, there were still times when other people would not understand the need for privacy and personal time. Some would directly run up to me, grab a photo (even while I was eating), post it in real-time, use my face and post it on pages or places for the sake of clout and publicity without my consent, and worse, some would even include the real-time location, which I don't think is safe," dugang pa niya.

“Don't get me wrong, I like taking pictures with others, and I enjoy meeting people who are as passionate as we are in the world of music and entertainment. It also warms my heart to hear and see people slowly learning more about me and my group, Bini. But I just hope that people also see and respect us as human beings. We don't always get to go out lately because we have been busy with work, and the least we can ask for is for others to respect our personal time and our humanity," saysay pa niya.
