Healthyhome grabs CABC 2nd Boysen Cup crown

CEBU, Philippines — The Healthyhome triumvirate of Dexsel Caadan, Mark Paradero, and Ferdinand Tiro bagged 13 points each as they downed Plexibond, 72-64, to secure the championship title of the Cebu Architects Basketball Club’s 2nd Boysen Cup at the Benedicto College-Cebu City Campus gym recently.

Caadan added eight rebounds, five assists, one steal, and a block, while Paradero had one rebound, four assists, and one steal to help Heatlhyhome prevail over Plexibond in a close matchup that was accounted for three deadlocks and six lead changes.

Michael Cinco dropped 19 points on top of six rebounds, one assist, and one steal while John Buhawe netted 18 points, eight boards, three dimes, one steal, and one block but their impressive showing went down the drain for Plexibond.

In the battle for third place, Titan easily dismantled Knoxout, 102-57.

Lemuel Aspacio exploded for 34 points with nine rebounds and five assists to lead Titan’s 45-point blowout of Knoxout. — EBV
