Dos mil ka polis kuwangon sa palaro

CEBU, Philippines — Gibanabanang dos mil ka mga polis ang ang inisyal nga giandam Police Regional Office(PRO)-7 aron mobantay sa Palarong Pambansa 2024, ug pun-anan pa kini tungod sa nadugang nga sporting venues.

Sigon ni Police Lieutenant Colonel Gerard Ace Pelare, tigpamaba ni PRO-7 Regional Director Brigadier General Anthony Aberin nga padayon ang ilang preparasyon.

"There was  a specific instruction from the Regional Director Police Brigadier General Anthony Aberin na lahat ng avenues, lahat ng security preparations should be done as early as now para we can adjust if ever there will be upcoming event developments," sigon ni Pelare. Nasayran nga dili lang Palarong Pambansa 2024 ang hatagan og seguridad sa PRO-7 apan apil na ang kalihukan sama sa National Schools Press Concern ug National Festival of Talents nga dinhi gihapon sa Sugbo himoon.

"Initial pa lang tong number of personnel deployed because we know that there are other activities coming in coinciding the same period but Cebu and Central Visayas has always been host to a lot of international and national events and we have been so use to this kind of activities," ni Pelare pa.

Gipasalig sa PRO-7 nga nangandam sila sa maong mga kalihukan ug nakig-alayon na sila sa Local Government Units, Armed Forces of the Philippines ug Department of Education.

Wala hinooy na-monitor ang kapulisan nga dunay hulga nga makabalda sa mga umaabot nga kalihukan apan wala nila gisalikway kining mga simple crimes sama sa snatching nga respondehan dayon sa kapulisan. (BANAT NEWS)
