Caloy, Chloe 9 months nang engaged

MANILA, Philippines — Ibinahagi ni Carlos Yulo ang engagement nito kay longtime girlfriend Chloe San Jose kahapon sa kanyang social media post.

Siyam na buwan na pala ang nakalilipas nang magpropose si Yulo sa kanyang kasinatahan.

Ngunit kahapon lang ito isiniwalat ni Yulo.

Ilang araw matapos magwagi ng dalawang gintong medalya sa Asian Games sa Nagoya, Japan, ibinahagi ni Yulo ang kanilang magarbong engagement na may white-themed set up.

“9 months ago, she said Yes. And all I can say, and all I can feel, is that I am truly blessed. Blessed to love you. Blessed to be loved by you. Blessed to have you as my fiancé and, soon, as my forever,” ani Yulo sa kanyang mensahe.

Ginanap ito sa Tagaytay City kung saan background ang makukulay na mga bulaklak at puting mga kandila.

“My love, I promise to take care of you, love you, and protect you at all times. In hardship and in ease, in joy and in trials, I will choose you every day. And by the grace of God, I will be with you until eternal life,” ani Yulo.

Parehong neutral color ang suot nina Caloy at Chloe.

Gaya ng tradisyunal na engagement, lumuhod si Yulo kasabay ng tanong na ‘will you marry me.’

Hindi naman nagdalawang isip si Chloe sa pagsagot nito ng ‘yes.’

Nagpasalamat si Yulo sa pagbibigay sa kanya ng kasintahan na very supportive sa kanyang mga ginagawa sa buhay.

Sa kabila ng kaliwa’t kanang bashers, hindi natinag ang samahan nina Caloy at Chloe na mas lalo pang tumibay habang tumatagal ang kanilang pagsasama.

“Above all, we just want to thank You, God, for blessing us with this wonderful moment and for allowing us to experience a love that is guided by You. We’re so grateful that the Lord has always been with us through everything that happens in our lives—through all the trials, joys, and every blessing that comes our way,” ayon pa sa post ni Yulo.

Ibinahagi naman i Chloe ang sayang nadama nito.

“This has been my very, very emotional reaction ever since the Olympics, because we went through a lot before this. This was God, whatever they say in the comments, this was God,” ani Chloe.
