"I am happy for DE Susan’s return in the district. Not because of anything else, but because she has only less than a year left before she retires. So dapat relax gamay because she will be closer to her family and she will be ending her career in DPWH in her hometown," matud pa ni Shimura.

Not all can be given the opportunity to be one of the highest, if not the highest position in the DPWH District Engineering Office here in the 4th District. I am just blessed to start my term with a DE whose track record and dedication precedes her reputation and whom i can confidently work with.
