Pagkaso kay Biazon patunay na patas ang gobyerno - Palasyo

MANILA, Philippines – Iginiit ng Palasyo ngayong Biyernes na hindi nila pinupuntirya ang mga oposisyon, patunay dito ang pagsampa ng kaso ng National Bureau of Investigation kay Bureau of Customs Commissioner Ruffy Biazon.

Kilalang kaalyado ni Pangulong Benigno Aquino III si Biazon na kabilang sa pangalawang batch na kinasuhan ng NBI kaugnay ng P10 bilyon pork barrel scam.

Inireklamo si Biazon ng malversation of public funds, graft and corruption, at direct bribery kasama ang 33 iba pa.

Sinabi ni Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte na magbabase sila sa mag nakalap ng ebidensya.

"You know, at least from the President's point of view, he has always said that you go where the evidence takes you. We've always said that there is no partiality," pahayag ni Valte ngayong Biyernes.

"People who will interpret things as according to how they see it but these are the facts," dagdag niya.
