MANILA, Philippines - Former president and now Manila mayoralty candidate Joseph Estrada has cast his vote in Manila.
Accompanied by wife, former Sen. Luisa Estrada, and running mate Isko Moreno, Estrada arrived at the Padre Burgos Elementary School in Sta. Mesa, Manila at about 9:35 a.m.
