What's next for ALA fighters?

MANILA, Philippines – ALA Promotions president Michael Aldeguer bares what lies ahead for ALA stalwarts Donnie Nietes, Milan Melindo, AJ Banal and Rey “Boom-Boom” Bautista.

In this video, taken during the weekly PSA forum on UN Avenue in Manila, Aldeguer says a title shot might be around the corner for Melindo, who scored an impressive one-round destruction of Mexican Rosendo Vega in the main event of the “Pinoy Power 4” boxing card at the Waterfront Hotel & Casino in Cebu City last Saturday.

For his part, Nietes, who also graced the forum, invites boxing fans to watch his upcoming fight against Mexican Armando Vazquez on April 9 in Bacolod City – his first fight in the light flyweight division.

Nietes currently holds the WBO minimumweight title.
