Of the total 29,650 houses to be constructed in the province, Cadiz City topped the list of the beneficiaries with 8,742 houses; Sagay City (7,850 houses); Manapla (2,964); Escalante City (2,018); Victorias City (2,321); EB Magalona (1,168); Silay City (1,992); Calatrava (1,138); and Toboso (1,457).

Nonato said the beneficiaries were identified based on the data provided the Department of  Social Welfare and Development and the housing department of each LGUs, which was evaluated by the NHA.
