Richard, matagal ni-research ang tungkol sa military contractors

Matagal na palang pangarap ni Richard Gutierrez ang makagawa ng proyektong tulad ng Incognito, ang bagong action series niya sa ABS-CBN after the big success of The Iron Heart.

“It’s been a dream project of mine, actually – this kind of concept,” pahayag ni Chard during the grand media launch of Incognito last Friday.

“Matagal ko nang ni-research ‘yung ganitong klaseng concept about private military contractors. I’ve been a fan of this concept. I’ve been reading books about it through the years and finally, isa ito sa maiko-consider kong dream projects ko. I’ve been wanting to do something like this for a long time.

“Finally, it’s here. Gusto kong pasalamatan ang ABS-CBN for giving us the opportunity to create a project like this na you know, sana, ma-enjoy ng mga audience natin worldwide dahil talagang markang Pilipino ito and talagang pinag­handaan at pinaganda para sa audience natin. It’s a new flavor of action. Mae-enjoy n’yo ‘yun,” pahayag pa ni Chard.

When asked kung may pressure ba sa kanya na matapatan or mahigitan ang malaking tagumpay na nakamit ng huling action series niyang The Iron Heart, aminado naman ang aktor na hindi mawawala ‘yun.

“There’s always pressure. And if you wanna succeed in this industry, you have to shine with that pressure, ‘di ba? Pressure is always part of it but there’s a saying na ‘you’re only as good as your last project.’

“But this time around, I’m very thankful that I’m surrounded by a great group of artists, great group of creatives and I think, we’re gonna push the boundaries again with this one. We’re gonna elevate the action once again with this one,” sey ni Richard.

Dagdag pa niya, ipinapasa rin daw niya ang pressure sa mga kasama niyang lead stars din ng serye na sina Daniel Padilla at Ian Veneracion.

“This time around, ensemble kami, you know. Hindi lang ako ang may pressure. Medyo napapasa ko sa kanila ‘yung pressure,” natatawa niyang sabi.

“So, nagdi-dissipate ‘yung pressure which is actually a better feeling. We’re working as a team, and you know, the pressure is as a team. But we enjoy that pressure and we have no choice but to shine with that pressure,” he said.

Gagampanan ni Chard sa Incognito ang papel na discharged ex-navy magkakasama sila sa team nina Daniel, Ian, Maris Racal, Anthony Jennings, Kaila Estrada and Baron Geisler.

Ang Incognito ay isa sa malalaking pasabog ng ABS-CBN ngayong 2025. Magsisimula na itong mapanood sa Netflix on Jan. 17 at ipapalabas naman sa ibang Kapamilya platforms including iWantTFC on Jan. 18, Kapamilya Channel, Jeepney TV, TV5, and A2Z on Jan. 20, 2025.

Kristel, pumayag nang maging jowa ang Koreano na manliligaw

Inanunsyo na ni Kristel Fulgar sa buong mundo na mayroon na siyang first boyfriend at siyempre, ito ay walang iba kundi ang Korean suitor niyang si Suhyuk Ha.

Sa latest YouTube vlog ni Kristel na may titulong “Finally, my first boyfriend,” ibinahagi niya ang ilang clips sa pagpapa-convert ni Suhyuk sa religion ni Kristel na Iglesia ni Cristo.

Ipinakita rin niya kung paano niya sinagot ang Korean suitor noong kaarawan nito last January.

Inabot daw ng 11 months ang conversion ni Suhyuk para maging INC.

“Words can’t fully capture the happiness I’m fee­ling in this moment. I’ve never known a love like this before, it fills me with peace. For the first time, I truly feel whole, as though I’ve finally found the missing piece of my heart,” pahayag ni Kristel.

Ipinahayag din naman ng Korean national ang kanyang happiness at nagpasalamat kay Kristel for patiently waiting.
