NOT MOURNED. A Filipino worker in the Middle East said not all Iranians are angry that Qassem Soleimani, one of the top generals in Iran, was killed in a US airstrike. In fact, he said many Iranians considered Soleimani himself a nuisance, and even a terrorist.
