I have read many, oh, so many, news stories about thousands of houses built and turned over to Yolanda typhoon victims. But I continue to also read news about Yolanda victims still living in tents and some under mango trees. Makes me head spin silly.

Then only yesterday I read this headline: "Order of Malta prince turns over Yolanda houses." This time 700 more houses. I have already lost count of the number of donations of houses for Yolanda victims. There are still typhoon victims living in tents?
