AUTOGRAPHS. Although defeated, Chris Algieri, the American boxer who fought Manny Pacquiao in Macau said in a post-fight press conference that he signed more autographs than in his last won-fight. An Ear informer said Algieri himself said most, if not all, those who ask for his autograph in Macau were fans of Manny who flocked to the hotel where the fight was held.
FANS. The Ear informer, a one-time Ring magazine correspondent, said it's the nature of most boxing fans to ask for the autographs of any boxer, winner or loser, they meet in a boxing venue.
