EXPIRY DATES. There are still food products with expiry dates too close to expiration that are displayed in some grocery stores. This was reported to an Ear informer by a Korean lady. She said after a customer has purchased this product it was either expired or vey near the expiration date.
SHELF-LIFE. The same Korean lady, who has been residing in Cebu for two years, said in her country food products displayed in the markets have shelf-life “very far from the expiry dates†printed on the label. This is the nth time The Ear has reported matters pertaining to expiry dates on food items.
