These families were provided by the city with food and other basic necessities while waiting for their travel to Manila and Butuan City next week.

Paller said seven families of the workers of A.C Calderon Construction in barangay Opao have already arrived and are seeking temporary shelter at the company’s compound.

More families of their workers are set to arrived next week.
