CEBU, Philippines - Operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Branch seized P60,000 worth of illegal drugs from the house of a suspected drug pusher early morning yesterday in barangay Tangke, Talisay City.
Alleged pusher Alejandro Gabison eluded arrest.
Seized from suspect’s house were alleged shabu as well as assorted drug paraphernalia.
Operatives were armed with a search warrant for violation of Section 11 of RA9165 or Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 signed by Regional Trial Court Judge Soliver Peras, Branch 10 of Cebu City.
PIB chief Supt. Rodolfo Albotra said Gabison could dispose of 15 to 20 grams of shabu in a week. (FREEMAN)
