CEBU, Philippines - A delivery truck that was stolen by its driver last July 31 was found abandoned under the Cansaga Bay Bridge in barangay Paknaan, Mandaue City Wednesday afternoon by the Investigation and Detective Management Branch (IDMB).
SPO2 Marcos Noval, investigator of the IDMB, said truck owner Jocelyn Dy, 39, married of barangay Mabolo, Cebu City told police about her missing vehicle and suspected the driver, Rodel Torres, alias Mac-mac, 34, of stealing it.
Dy said things are missing from the truck. (FREEMAN)
