Ouano-Dizon’s measure approved on first reading

CEBU, Philippines - Mandaue City Councilor Emmarie “Lolypop” Ouano-Dizon’s proposed resolution which seeks “to grant cash incentives to both Professional Regulation Commission Licensure (PRC) topnotchers and Bar examination topnotchers was approved on first reading figured prominently in the recent nursing board licensure examinations.

Inspired that two Mandauehanons have topped the June 2013 Nursing Licensure examination city councilor Emmarie “Lolypop”Ouano-Dizon has draft an ordinance.

Ouano-Dizon said she was prompted to draft the ordinance after nursing students Beverly Anne Felicio Balagon placed first and Mae Amor Naingue Besabille placed sixth in the recent nursing board licensure examinations. The two women are from Mandaue City. – (FREEMAN)
